1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older, residing in Northwest Arkansas. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Erin Ashcraft Artistry LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. No Purchase Necessary:
   No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Prize Details:

   • One (1) winner will receive a custom mural painted by Erin Ashcraft Artistry LLC.

   • The mural size will not exceed 150 square feet.

   • The mural prize is valued at $3,750 (includes design, materials, and labor).

   • The mural must be painted on a wall provided and prepped by the winner. 

   • The wall must be safe, accessible, and approved by the property owner.

   • The mural must be located within 50 miles of Bentonville, AR. Travel fees may apply outside this area.

4. Design and Creative Direction:
   The mural will primarily reflect the artistic style and vision of Erin Ashcraft Artistry LLC. The winner may offer theme or content suggestions, but the final design and composition will be at the discretion of the artist.

5. Timeline:

   • Entries must be submitted at the First Friday event in Bentonville, AR, on August 1, 2025.

   • The winner will be chosen at random and notified by August 8, 2025.

   • The mural must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of winner notification, subject to artist availability and weather conditions.

6. Winner Responsibilities:

   • The winner must provide clear wall dimensions, photos, and written permission from the property owner if they are not the owner themselves.

   • The surface must be clean, dry, and ready to paint before the scheduled mural date.

   • The winner agrees to allow photos and video of the mural process and final result to be shared publicly by the artist.

7. Publicity Release:
   By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Erin Ashcraft Artistry LLC may use their name, photo, and mural location (e.g., city/neighborhood) for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions:

   • This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

   • Erin Ashcraft Artistry LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond control impair the integrity of the giveaway.

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
